We support a facility that has overnight patients. The patients are allowed to make calls until 11pm. I've configured the office hours appropriately and set the desired extensions to block outbound calls outside of office hours. My question is what happens if there's an active call in progress when office hours expire at 11pm? Running 15.0.62928.5 presently.

I haven't tested it but I assume office hours are only evaluated at the call initiation step so the call would be allowed to continue.

Current calls stay active, only new incoming calls are affected by the office hrs

You could schedule a reboot of server (or restart of 3CX service) if you really to wanted terminate active calls at 11p. You should probably think this through as there might be some unintended consequences.

Hello @PaddyBoyFloyd

As mentioned above the options stops you from initiating calls outside of office hours but if a call is ongoing it will continue.
I see however that you are running SP5 so i would recommend upgrading your system to SP6 as you will not be able to activate your version if needed due to changes to the activation server. If that happens you PBX will revert to free and you will lose functionality.
Please follow the guide below to upgrade your PBX to the latest service pack.
