What is the 3CX Phone System excecutable?

I found an executable on your website, called 3CXPhoneSystem_16.0.2.900.exe

• What is that intended for and where can I find a manual / list of features?
• Does it expose APIs?
• What kind of Phone System can benefit from it? (e.g. Can I use it with a StartUP subscription?)

Hi ,

This executable is an old one used to deploy a v16 dedicated PBX on windows (it was a beta version). It is not compatible with a startup subscription but only with "classic" versions (standard, PRO or ENT).
