All the CRM integrations will report these calls. They will not be reported as missed, because the queue is actually answering the call, but they will be reported as calls answered by the queue extension. You should choose your CRM based on the features you need.

Can you advice what is the best CRM, Im manually checking the missed calls if already called back and the time of outgoing callback made by the receptionist team.

The 3CX CRM integration does not track all this information. Perhaps you mean "what 3CX reports" rather than "what CRM"?

I'm currently exporting unanswered missed calls and filtering them in Excel by unique numbers. I manually verify each number against the 3CX call log report to check if there’s been a callback from the receptionist or if the client called again after a few minutes.

I’d like to know if there’s a way within 3CX to automate this process or if there are any CRM integrations that can help me track missed calls effectively. I understand that the 3CX CRM integration doesn’t track all this information. Are there specific 3CX reports that could assist with this instead?

You can get this information via the optional CDR files 3CX can create. These files summarize every call that takes place within the PBX. It shows who called, and who answered and when... all the information you need. The trick is getting the data in an automated way. We built our 3CX Exporter tool to automate the process of extracting the data from the files and placing the data into SQL Server / MySQL / MariaDB in real-time.

Initially, this does not seem like rocket science. You get a list of files, read the data, parse the contents, and insert the data into a database. Where things get more complicated are (1) how to know when new files are created in real-time, and (2) how do you get access to the files if 3CX is hosted in the cloud? That's the purpose of our Exporter tool.

Have you tried using a call flow? Using a call flow you can populate your Excel spreadsheet automatically or even a CRM System or even a SharePoint List.

@mark_sunnymanagementgroup su This is an interesting report - we will look if we can add something like this in update 6 or 7 because this is indeed interesting data....

If the need is urgent, we can automate the process for you.
