What is the Best Router for 3CX VOIP

I was wondering, what is Best Router for 3CX VOIP

That's a rather open ended question. Anything that doesn't use SIP ALG. 3CX has instructions for several. We're a Netgate Partner so use pfSense, in order to use IDS, geo-based blocking, etc.

is this will be great with GSM/LTE gateways? also which one is easiest in terms of configurations as I am not into tech that much

I would suggest finding a local 3CX partner or IT firm to help... pfSense is powerful but at times it assumes a knowledge of firewalls, routing, etc.

Almost any router should work as long as the settings are correct and the ports are forwarded.

Another option is to go with a 3CX hosted server, or host with a 3CX partner, so the 3CX server isn't in your office.
