What is the minimum information I need to return to consider a record found?

When looking up a CRM what records must I return to have the record considered found?

Like FirstName, LastName and PhoneBusiness.

When looking up a CRM what records must I return to have the record considered found?

Like FirstName, LastName and PhoneBusiness.

You need to return 3 things:
1) At least 1 of these outputs: FirstName, LastName, CompanyName.
2) One phone output must contain the number being searched.
3) The ContactUrl output.

Thanks. Missing the contact url. Why doesn't the contact url show in the contacts list.

Why doesn't the contact url show in the contacts list.

When you use the 3CX Client, you will see the contact card icon, and when you click it the URL will be launched.
