Between the in/out of office icon and the voice mail icon there is an icon that looks like a Q.

What does this icon do?

Also, the other icon is a circle with a dash in it. Pressing it turns it red. What is it for?

I read through all of the 3CX Phoneinfo and could not find this.

I may be wrong as I have not used them, and this is just a guess... perhaps the circle with the line might be an Available/Unavailable (for calls) button (Do not Disturb), and the Q may allow the set, if a part of a queue, to log in, or again, be available.

On my phone, with Presence (port 5000 not open) not used, and the phone NOT part of a queue, they do nothing.

The circled dash should be a Do Not Disturb option.
The Q is certainly log in/out of queues.. something I sometimes forget to do when roaming about outside of the office...

Thanks. I hadn't thought about queues because we haven't got to them yet.

The DND option confuses my users because we don't tell them about it... we only use presence -
I wish we could turn off the DND feature and not have it show up on any devices.

Hi Jwoodland,

The Q symbol is to log in and out of the Queues.
