What options do I have for CRM / other applications pop-up with CID ?

HEllo ,
What options do I have for CRM / other applications pop-up with CID ?
I have installed HubSpot integration server side (working more or less).

I need to trigger pop-up of a page in ecommerce application. I would need to call something like url?cid=07xxx

IS this native for 3CX clients ?

You need to use the Open Custom URL of the DesktopApp/Webclient for this. (... > Settings > Integration.)
