What's the best way to install V18 on Self hosted Debian which does not allow ISO upload?

My customers do not want to have their own cloud account.
Therefore, we run their clouds. We have been trying to push 3cx here and there, but it's always challenging because different reasons.
Lately, we were asked if we could run 3CX for a customer in our Digital Ocean cloud. So I've looked online, only to find out that the package installation is no more supported.
My customer does not want to create a DO account. DO Won't accept the 3CX iso. So am I supposed to install the way I remember, by downloading from downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads and try to remember how to install a non supported way of installing? This has been really challenging. No clue who's the project manager in charge - probably in Europe - , but PLEASE release Debian install officially through packages.

Making another test. I could not login into the previous one I made.
One remark, it would be great to have the entire display on the drop down bow of the machine types.
I could go to DO and see what C2-2vcpu is... but it would be "neater"

@fgc92210 yes I can fully understand this but dont only think of DO, this applies to all hosting providers.
In the past it used to be only the machine type, recently we have added to the specs of the machines. We wanted to keep this short and to the point as Disk Space on each type of machine changes depending on the hosting provider and not all provide the same info back via API.
But glad all is working now
