We've configured our 3CX to M365 sync but occasionally want to test a different config. I'm not finding the specific reference, but I used to see that the sync was performed "overnight." It didn't seem like anyone could say if this was at 8pm, midnight, 2am, what?
In looking for some other settings, I found in our v20u3 system a parameter named "OFFICE365_SYNC_TIME." The default for our system shows 05:00. Not sure if this is in our local time or that of the 3CX mothership...
Anyway, are we able to change this parameter? When we make M365 config changes it's a challenge to wait until the next day to see if the results are what we want. If this parameter does determine when the M365 sync runs, and we know what timezone it uses, then when making M365 config changes we can set the time for a little bit after the current time so that we can see the results more or less immediately.
