When I dial a phone number via window 3CX APP ,it says Call failed, Not found and also why app is on hook?

Able to receive incoming calls but cannot make outgoing calls. It says on hook and Call failed, Not found.
Kindly help me with this I have invested hours but could not get a solution. Using registered SIP Provider teletek, sweden

You need to set your system up with outbound rules before you can make calls.
