I have a WordPress website and tried to use the plugin, but the plugin dosen't work so I generated the code from the panel and pest it on my website to create the button. I also installed mobile application, make connection by scan the barcode. But the problem is, when I test the button on my website, I entered the name and email and send chat request, I can not see the request in my mobile from where I can answer.
Please suggest, when someone initiate chat, how can I answer from my mobile?
