When will the latest non RC version be available?

I've been waiting to upgrade until it came out of RC status. Or is it and the changelog is wrong? My system tells me that this version is available for upgrade, and has for quite a while.

We seem to have forgotten to remove that.

However you might as well wait a few days because we are uploading a new build with some improvements by the end of the week.....
