Where are provisioning templates

Just upgraded from v10 and I no longer see Settings>Provisioning Templates

Where has this been moved to?

PS. I've tried editing
C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Http\Templates\phones\cisco.ph.xml

but changes don't apply when I reprovision... do I have to restart the phone system? I don't think I had to do this in the past

Hmm.
On version 12 sp3 there is still a settings/Phone Provisioning.
And the path you provided is still the correct path to the template files. Are you able to upload a screen shot of your system?

I didn't realize this option was not available in the web interface.
