where are the commands?

I have snom 360 phones and I want to know how to access features such as answer a call ringing on another ext. and I can no seem to find this information anywhere.

Usually, you can use code *20*ext (Where extension is the extension you want to pick up the call) or you can also use *20* to pick up any call. But, some phones have problems with * codes, I can't tell wich ones.

Oh, and I've just read in this topic that pickup and parking is not available in 3CX free version, don't try like a fool if you have the free version.
