I'm planning for an update from 18 to 20 and worried we may have issues with our call flow app.
I made a trial instance to check on the call flow app ability and ensure it'll work, but I can't even find where to put it.
I see people talking about using CFD in v20 but I can't find anything about call flow apps when signed into v20.

What am I missing?

Side question, I wondered if call processing script might simplify our reasonably simple call flow app, but see little documentation on its use and implementation.
Am I missing something there, or is it now out yet?

In v20 the section Call Processing Scripts is where you upload CFD apps. A CFD app is indeed a Call Processing Script, but the C# code is automatically generated by the tool, so you don't need to code if you're not a programmer.... By using a Call Processing Script you might be able to build a simpler app, with less code, to do the same, because a CFD app has a lot of boilerplate to deal with any kind of app. Apart from that, it should be the same.

Thanks. The part still getting me is I can't find the call processing scripts section.
I'm in a v20 pro trial.

Nevermind, found the issue.
Our instance is not 3CX hosted but my trial is and I didn't realize CFD required self managed instances.
