Where is FXS/DECT?

i'm trying to add a fxs/dect but where is that setting at? I keep on searching the web and go through the 3cx navigation abut cannot find it. I need to manually setup my yealink W60B. Pleae let me know where that is.

It is under the "Advanced" tab on the left hand side on Version 16 installations
