Solved Where to host a 48SC Enterprise ?

All our instances so far have been 24SC and under so we have placed them all with 3CX hosting. We now have a 48SC Enterprise to deploy so I am looking at which cloud provider to use for reliability, cost, and ease of setup - what would you recommend please ?

Please be noted that 3CX cannot host 48SC. You can choose any cloud provider from the ones described in this link (https://www.3cx.com/partners/hosted-pbx-providers/). The only thing you need to consider is the resources of the machine that will host the 3CX PBX instance.

For example, a 24SC 3CX hosted instance will have the below resources:

Thank you, I am aware that "hosted by 3CX" is not an option for 48SC - hence the question for recommendations based on experience. I note that OVH is not on your list of supported providers even though there is a setup guide ?

Is there a machine recommendation for OVH 48SC with 80 users please?

@PaulBC in our hosting we provide these specs for 32 SC.
But this is for vanilla PBX so depending what you want to setup and how you need to adjust the specs.
The more, the better it is..
Keep an eye also and get a good disk for your machine as its very important.

Note that whilst OVH is cheap, their support is poor.

But saying that, all our instances are on OVH

I don't know about OVH but hosting 3cx instances on azure. On azure I would recommend to use a more powerful machine for the start and adjust later on once you see the real load.
Adjustment on azure is easy (just choosing a smaller machine, gets adjusted live with a downtime of about 3 Minutes), should be possible on OVH as well.

I personally don't think a 48SC version needs the double power of a 24SC. 32SC already doubles it. Test it and then adjust accordingly.
