Which device is used

Hi there,

does anybody maybe have an idea how i can control on which device an incoming call shall ring.

At the moment i have 3 devices where my extension is installed on and which is always running. Mobile phone, Laptop, Desktop and an incoming call rings on all devices at once. How can i tell 3CX that it shall only ring on e.g. the mobile phone?

Strictly speaking, you cannot. The PBX is working with extensions, not with devices; an incoming call will arrive to an extension, which in turn will ring all its registered devices.
