Hi,

I have bought the Yealink SIP-T57W and I like to know which Opus codec is supported by 3CX.
  1. FB (48KHz)
  2. SWB (24KHz)
  3. WB (16KHz)
  4. MB (12KHz)
  5. NB (8KHz)
  6. None of the above.

You can find OPUS codec support in both the extensions, General settings (internal/external) and at a trunk level. Just says opus however and nothing specific as in relation to the above.

Are you writing a soft phone or trying to hit a specific goal? If neither of those, then I don't think it really matters which version of OPUS 3CX supports. And if you are talking about using the phone with 3CX, then answer is made very simple because you'll be using 3CX provided firmware and a 3CX template (or should be). Therefore the answer will be it supports OPUS or it doesn't. If you really want to know which variant wireshark will tell you.

A simple look at the T5x template in v16 shows this:

<option value="112" payload="opus" id="opusid">Opus(16kHz)</option>

This is for the T56A/T58 template in v16 Update 2 beta. I don't have a T57W so I don't have the template to check but I assume it's the same.
