is there any way for the video door phone (i have a Fanvil i18s) to work with the video option on the bata android app? by this i mean the video feed from the door phone.

I'm trying to figure out a clever way to get logging out of this. The ideal use-case would be notification, via email or push, whenever the door was unlocked via passcode or RFID but it looks like the Fanvils don't pass that info and 3CX doesn't have any provisions to pass this info along. Does anyone have any suggestions? It looks like my best bet would be to take the door strike contact closure and feed that in parallel to an Axis network relay, then hope my Synology can pass alerts on with any sort of speed (which it hasn't been great at). But I don't do telecom or physical security for a living so I'm totally fumbling in the dark here.

It works with Zoiper but I personally find this a bad solution.

Won't work. I tried it with i18s and i18. This works but not in the app as they only support VP8 codec (=free) for FanVil i series (AND ALL OTHER IP DOORBELL PHONES) use H264, if will never work on the app until 3CX decides to pay for H264
