No one... if its your wan ip blocked on smb, you need to solve the problem and wait 24 to get unblocked.

You need to solve the problem first. Did you configured any hardware phone to connect your pbx?

You presumably have something trying to log in and failing…disconnect phones, apps, etc.

If you are using a VPN try a direct connection.

There must be more... You can try from a different wan ip (mobile phone or somewhere else).

At this stage i'm trying to setup a Yealink desktop phone over SBC which was my initial fault which i fixed. Now the desk phone is disconnected but still WAN blocked, i can't disable the SBC as i'm locked out from the console?

Just try to login from your mobile phone over LTE. If this is working you need to find the stuff who is trying to login with wrong configuration.

FYI 3CX has posted they will be removing desk phone support from SMB, to match 4SC Free (Basic).

If you haven't disconnected the SBC then you can try that also. A blocklist block will time out on its own unless something re-triggers it.
