Afternoon Chaps
Slight problem!
Just created a new 3CX trial (Standard) but accidently used an email address that was already assigned to another 3CX license. The PBX Express has finished successfully but now I have inadvertently redirected an existing client's FQDN to the wrong AWS Lightsail box.
The DNS records have already propagated (took 5 min!!).
I need to fix, suggestions?
I am thinking, restore their backup to the new AWS instance where the FQDN now points? Or is there a quick way to just point the FQDN back to the correct instance? Luckily, it is 4:53pm and this client is a builders merchants who finish at 4:30pm. So I have all night to sort this.
Thanks
