Why is this variable not getting a value assigned?

My CRM lookup is working and I'm getting values assigned but when I try to access them in the ReportCall scenario

When I try to access id in the ReportCall it is not getting the id value

You can't access contact lookup variables from the ReportCall scenario. That was removed in v18, in order to reduce the number of requests to the CRM. The contact lookup returns 2 variables (EntityId and EntityType), which are stored in 3CX Contacts. Then, these variables are available during the ReportCall scenario. Any value that you need to pass should be set there. If you have many values that you need to pass, you can use a separator, for example a pipe | character, and then use the Split function to get individual values.
