Upgraded from V16 to V18 and now the I am having some trouble with my Freshdesk CRM.
What should I be looking for as to why the next scenario is not being triggered?

Check the EntityId variable and make sure your scenario doesn't skip.

The 3CX official template works perfectly fine so not sure why you're having issues, unless you modified it.

If you modified the template in v16, then it's better that you do the same changes starting from the template we provide for v18. This ensures that the EntityId and EntityType variables are in place when running the call journaling scenario.

I took the modification I made to the 3CX V16 template and added it to the V18 template. The modification just calls a PHP app on another server and passes AgentID,TicketID and Phone number. So I was expecting it to work.

AgentID and TicketID being from the Freshdesk side of thing I suppose? As for number, using [Number] should work.

Yes, these would have been returned by the createcallticket,

Show me both scenarios, the CreateCallTicket and the next one you need to run.

I 'solved' the problem by removing the skipif statement
