Hi,

You don't just have high usage on a a single core, you show over 40% across the whole CPU.
We will need some more information in this case to better understand the issue you are facing.

What process is using the highest amount of CPU?
What size is the machine? (how many extensions total)
Of all users, how many are webclients/mobile clients/deskphones?
What size is the license? (simultaneous calls)
Why is the CPU running at its base clock with 40% load? (high temp?)
This appears to be a VM, what else is running on the host that may be consuming cpu cycles?

Hi,

You are certainly within the Enterprise+ tier for this size of installation:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/recommended-hardware-specifications-for-3cx/

Have you talked to a 3CX partner yet or did you deploy this independently? For such large installations we highly recommend you contact someone to help design the system according to your needs. I'm fairly certain you are exceeding your resources at the moment, you dedicated 16 virtual cores but that chip only has 8 physical cores and will not be enough to cover your needs upon a first look, even if it was run as bare metal on Debian without the overhead of Windows and the virtualization layer.

I would highly recommend to speak with

1) a 3CX Partner https://www.3cx.com/ordering/find-reseller/
2) or speak with us directly https://www.3cx.com/contact-form/

Ask for help on how to design a system for your size. Be ready to provide details like the ones I asked you above in my previous post and we or our partners will be happy to help you solve the issue as soon as possible. Do not focus only on the Core 0 issue, this system needs to be considered from all perspectives!

After follow to your suggestion we are migrate server 3CX from Nutanix to Physical server and then we got same problem again today(11.30 local time).
specs physical server :
Server Model : Dell R640
CPU : Intel E5-2430 8 [email protected] Ghz
Memory : 32 GB
HDD : 3x300GB SAS(Raid5)

For specs new server enough or not?(usage just 20-30%) and our partner still can't find out the root cause.

For usage server please see below.

Hi @sonchai.su

Have you or the partner been in contact with 3CX yet about this?

Understood, in this case then we will have to allow 3CX Support the allotted time needed to troubleshoot this in cooperation with your 3CX Partner.
