Why the CallFlow Apps "beta" is not showing on the Running phone system?

Hi! I have a problem. On my phone system which has free license is showing Callflow apps "beta" but the company Phone system, which has Professional perpetual license has not CallFlow apps button?
Licenses:
Test machine"Has CallFlow Apps"
license: Professional Annual 16.0.03...

Running:"Has not CallFlow Apps"
license: professional Perpetual 15.5.155...

i think you will find the icon in the management console appeared with ver 16 onwards

Yes Saqqara, but i am thinking, how do i can update the version to 16. When i go the Updates, it will say that "Your system is up the date"

You are running windows version of 3cx.

you have to do the following

1. full backup of 3cx, move the backup out of 3cx folders
2. Uninstall 3cx
3. Reboot server
4. Install v16, using the backup created in step 1
