Hello,

Exist any characters or "wildcards" that I can use in Outbond Rules?

My problem:

Our nacional number format is 0xx yyyy yyyy.
xx= idendify the city, and if the first y is 6, 7, 8 or 9 than the call is for Mobile.

I would like to set in Outbond Rules:

Call to number starting with: xxx6, xxx7, xxx8, xxx9 send to .....

Which symbole/ wildcard I have to use ($, #, x) ???

Thanks

Frank

I dont know of any wild cards, you can however just build a outbound rule for each that you need. the system will match from top to bottom the list that is programmed.

You can list at least several numbers like
3,6-9
which means any number starting with digit 3, 6, 7, 8 or 9

ah yes, you can use the dashes and comma's though they will not work for this particular instance. unless of course xxx is always the same number.
