I have also problems with TAPI, and can't select the 3cx softphone in the dialog, it is not there.... any idea, by the way i have disabled UAC... no change

when I loaded the assistant Outlook installed the interface, but it called the extension instead a outside number... eg ([email protected]) and should have been ([email protected]), after uninstalling the assistant the plug-in was missing.

I am using the demo 2 call version (enterprise) and client 3.1.8571.0

I don't think the system is ready yet to work with Office 2010, I've run into a lot of technical complications with Exchange 2010, and Outlook 2010. If I find a work around, I will let you know tho.
