Windows app, hotkey to open dialer stops working after 1 time

Dear reader,

A Customer of ours who uses the windows app on their systems found an issue with the Hotkey to open the dialer.
Whenever you setup a hotkey to open the dialer it works 1 time after that it stops working completely unless you open the hotkey page and close it again then it works again 1 time and after that stops working again.

This is since the latest update of the Windows App.
I installed the same app on my phone and have the same issue, after opening the app setting up the hotkey it works just 1 time and after that stops working.

Hope anyone can help me out on this one or that this is just a bug in the windows app.

This is a known issue and it's been worked on.

Just to add some details, the Hotkey to open dialer in general works. The problem shows up when the Dialer view is active and the app is minimised. Currently as the dialer view is considered already open the app doesn't spring up from the taskbar. If it's minimised in any other view, then the trigger works and it pops up OK.
