We have 3CX Standard. I have been using Outlook 2013 with the 3CX Windows Client fine for over a year. The 3CX Windows client updated itself today to version 16.3.0.179.
The Windows client is in CTI mode and that is working, since if I click on an extension, or dial a number from the application, it does that on my phone.
Now, when I right click on a contact in Outlook, it gives me the options to dial, and I can click on them. However, nothing happens in the Windows client. Looking at the log file, I see this:
I have tried completely removing and reinstalling the Windows client as well as the 3CX Plugins from the 3CX site.
