Just a few questions about this.
Currently in the process of upgrading a number of SBC's (V.16 to V18) which are a mixture of Raspberry Pi's and Windows. All Raspberry Pi's were able to be upgraded remotely via the 3CX Management console with no issues. Windows SBC's I take cannot be updated this way and must be done manually for the client PC?
On my first Windows SBC upgrade the SBC would not uninstall via the uninstaller and I was forced to do this manually via Revo Uninstaller. Once uninstalled with no 3CX services running or folders present it then won't let me install the V.18 SBC and say unable to connect to the xxx.3cx.co.uk:5001 and won't let me go any further. A nslookup on the PC does resolve correctly but I'm now unable to proceed and connect that extension?
Anything I can check as I now want to make sure this will work before moving on to the next Windows SBC with the risk of losing a second extension.
