windows server 2003 64 bit

Hi. Is 3CX running on 64 bit W2003?
I am asking because I want to rent a VPS somewhere to test 3CX

Does anyone know a cheap but good VPS provider? Here it is all around 25 - 35 Euro's a month
Is there a good European, maybe German alternative?
