VM? Bare metal? Dedicate to 3CX? Any AV?

Bare metal, New install of 3CX, No AV. Runs Blue Iris Camera Software and EMBY as well.

Well 3CX support is going to tell you to pull off those. 3CX should be run on a dedicate instance. Throw HyperV role on there and put 3CX in that.
