Windows softphone call problem

i'm having a problem when i call when pikup from Windows softphone :/
i tested the same thing from an android softphone evry thing works ok

when i call from an android softphone and i pikup from any other softphone evry thing work ok
But when i call from a windows softphon1 and i pikup from any other softphone( for example an android softphone)
the windows softphone1 don't respond and i listen that the other softphone still ringing even that i pikup :/

How are you attempting to pick up the call? What version is the windows and android client?
What version is your PBX?
