Amazing update. The new drag en drop feature is a great addition.
The overal cleanup of configuration settings in the softphone, makes it a lot easier for a user to direct find what you need.

Being able to switch between a compact view and 'normal' view is also great.
Would love to see this option make its way to the BLF panel. As the curent view is sometimes to compact.

Great Update, but still the issue of Ringer On/Off still PC keep rining with both

We definitely want to make more views improvements to the softphone ... Be supposed to screenshot what you would want. @Shadi Bamalhs (ECOLOR) thank you for the feedback.
