Windows Updates causing 3CX issues

Hi,

We have a few customers with on premises 3CX installed on a Windows PC. We are often finding that when Windows installs automatic updates the 3CX is freezing and needs a restart of the PC. Does anyone else have experience of this and is there anything that can be done?

Schedule updates on a specific day instead of randomly and program a reboot 2h after that time. It will update and always force a reboot afterwards to unfreeze the 3CX.

Having limited control over updates (with the exception of the Enterprise version), is one of the reasons I really dislike Windows 10.
