Windows V20 Voicemail Transcription

I've configured voicemail transcription per the manual, but our voicemails aren't being transcribed. After reading through the forums I see mention of having to schedule archiving, but I don't see anywhere to do that in V20 hosted by Windows. I've enabled google storage and it is recognizing my path. However, I only see the option to Archive After ## days and the option to manually Move to Archive. Am I missing something or is this feature not yet available?

Ensure that the option to transcribe voicemails is enabled



Ensure that your storage is properly configured



If you have migrated over from Version 18, you will need to re-do the JSON file, as we are now using Googles Speech API V2
