Could you please specify what is not going smooth and why are you "sure 3cx wouldn't recommend either"?

sorry for the confusion.
I was saying I don't think 3cx would recommend trying to run 3cx on windows7. (Because windows7 is still in beta)
I'm agreed that i don't recommend trying to run it on a beta windows.

to answer the first part:
Various of the services would not start and i couldn't call one phone from another. ...so I quickly moved on because win7 really is beta.
probably to prepare for win7 your best bet is get a win7 beta box to test.
