Windowx 8 3CXphone 12 not saving any settings

We just upgraded to version 12, and for some reason every single time I open the program it has lost all of its configuration settings, including accounts, chat notification settings, window postions, and everything.

I've tried launching the app as administrator, uninstalling all 3cx projects and reinstalling. I got the email provisioning file which I can drag to the phone every day, but when the chat sound comes blasting through my headphones it seriously startles me.

Has anyone had this problem before, or know a solution? What files/reg keys actually contain the settings?

Yep, the fix was the following:

go to %appdata%\Roaming\3CXPhone for Windows and delete the 3CXPhone.xml
