Winscp cant access

Hello!
I have 3CX based on Google Cloud
I can't access through WinSCP I checked the firewall and allowed ports from -20 to -23.
but still can't access any advice?

How was your instance deployed? If you use a SSH key, you'll need it to connect. Also, only 22 is allowed, which is SSH, and SFTP uses that.

SCP is not supported on those VM I believe as 3CX doesn't install the SCP server. (AFAIK)
