Wix website chat not working

Hi i saw all the other threads regarding this topic and i tired everything but my wix website chat still seems to not work.

Did you follow the steps mentioned in our guide for WIX here: https://www.3cx.com/docs/wix-live-chat/?

When you take our HTML code do you place it into the "Embed HTML" component found on WIX? Are you getting any errors in your web console after pasting our code into the WIX component?

Could you try adding the code snippet onto a fresh page of your website to see if that works?
