Solved Wordpress intergration not working

I have installed and followed steps correctly to install if on my site. But the widget of the chat is unresponsive and can not be clicked or anything. any solution?

i have done it correctly... i hope so...

its strange that by adding www. before the domain solved the problem.. thank you for your help!
