"Wordpress" is missing from Management Settings

We are trying to set up the 3CX Click to Chat plugin for our Wordpress website, but are stalled in the installation when the instructions tell us to select Wordpress in the Management Console, Settings. "Wordpress" does not appear in settings. We are running Standard Perpetual Version Number 15.5.15502. Is this a licensing issue?

WordPress integration requires v16. You will need to upgrade your license to Annual to upgrade to V16 or re-purchase a Perpetual license of the V16. Unless you have a maintenance, @JohnS_3CX will be more clear on that.

You are on the wrong version - you need to grade version 16 Update 2 - https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/sbc-update-2/

If you license is a commercial license, and has valid maintenance you can upgrade
