I have installed the Worpress Plug-In but I get the famous "Fetch" error or the "No Agents"

I noticed that the Click2Talk URL is actually using and internal IP address and when I launch that in the office, it work fine.

I tried changing to my 3CX.NET and to my Servers IP address. The results are mixed and varied but....nothing is working yet.

I wonder if someone can help.

Hello @Chris Rizzuto ,

Definitely in order to get access to it over the internet, you have to have the Public FQDN. Also the port should be open on your firewall, in order for incoming traffic, to be able to reach your 3CX PBX.

Please give it a try and come back with any feedback.

Thank you.

Hi @Constantinos Constantinou

We're actually hitting the same issue this morning.. I can see that the plugin have been updated for 50 minutes ago.

It worked yesterday.

Our link is using the FQDN and the Click2Talk works fine, when executed in the browser without wordpress..

Could the update have done something?

Hello @mortenjorge ,

The update on the plugin was purely for th plugin description on WordPress.org page. It was not related to the functionality. That's why the version is still the same.
I will send you a Personal Message in order to investigate it further.

Was actually just me being an idiot :)

Thanks for the help Constantinos =)

Happy to hear that everything works as expected.
@Chris Rizzuto , I will wait for your input on this.

Hey Constantinos,

All of the ports have been opened and port forwarding is working fine. The issues, as part of the initial installation, the 192.168.249.x subnet is embedded in all the links and I dont see any way for me to change them. What do I do now?
