Wordpress website shows popup every visit

Hello,

I installed 3cx livechat on my wordpress website, but every visit my website shows popup. I mean every load any page. Can I show popup once a day?. if people minimized does not show until next day or atleast few hours?

Hello,

The chat application works as intended, popping up on every load. It can be customized to not include a message and only a passive chat bubble. If you'd like to include custom behaviour in the chat application, you can edit the html code that is generated by the html code generator. Find the html code generator page here: https://www.3cx.com/live-chat/code-generator/

With the html generator you can choose which pages should have the chat application embedded in them.

Can you please what do you mean by popup each time that you navigate on different page?

Do you have it configured with "3CX" or as "Standalone - No 3CX" mode ?
