Would like to redirect blacklist to custom prompt and then end call

I've been trying to find a way to redirect the whole blacklist to a custom prompt/message but have not found an adequate solution, is there that possibility/feature?

In theory, you could use CFD to do this...

Is that windows only or web based? I don't have a Windows machine (can make one if needed) and am on the free hosted on 3cx plan.

Unfortunately CFD required Pro or Enterprise. If you are on free, this isn't the solution.

Maybe someone else has an idea.

You could use inbound CID rules but it would be separately maintained from the number blacklist
