Would like to see RECEPTIONIST VIEW from the Windows Client built into the WEB CLIENT

Would like to see RECEPTIONIST VIEW from the current Windows Client built into the WEB CLIENT. If/when the 3CX Windows Client not longer functions, this is functionality that will be missed.

This is valuable for customers that have a large number of extensions. We have a few customers that need to see the ACTIVE CALL LIST, while at the same time be able to see the status of Extensions - and the Extensions are typically NOT Agents or Queue Members.

You can currently do this with the Desktop App in a slightly different way.

In "Panel", select "All" and press the highlighted button to open it in another window:


The your user can navigate back to the "People" option to monitor the status of extensions, while at the same time having the Active Calls in the window next to it, e.g.:

Appreciate the reply. That was an early suggestion that was made, however, it is not convenient based on the large number of extensions and the multiple windows they use on a regular basis.
