Dear all,

when picking up a queue-call from a phone, which is logged in to a queue, it takes 1-2 seconds until the callee can hear me.
The wrap-up time in the queue is set to 0.
Is there another possibility to speed up this?

BR, Christian

You have another problem, not related to wrap-up time. Try to investigate it with wireshark, Wrap-up time is used to manage how long an agent will not receive a new call (ring) after termination of previous, in order agent to prepare for the next call.

This is interresting, as this is only, when the call comes to a queue - not for "normal" phones

Hello @ckatterl

Can you please let us know what version PBX you are running and what phones you are using? Also are these local or remote extensions?

Hi,

PBX-Version PRO 15.0.62928.5
Phones are Snom320 and Snom360 running on latest firmware.
It's local extensions.

BR, Christian

Please note that direct calls and queue calls differ in the fact that the call is first answered by the queue so when an agents answers the call then a re-invite must be send by the PBX so the call is transferred to the extensions. A second of delay is fairly normal any more than that we will need to see a wireshark capture to determine the cause
