Wrong date&time setting

Hello 3CX Community.
I am currently facing an issue on my setup. It seems like my 3CX doesn’t provision properly my equipment. I use a yealink w80dm sect device with its base and 2 client wireless headphones. Once I finished setting up the dm and the base I registered the users to my earphones but they didn’t provision the correct time and date setting and also when I add another user on the dm on 3CX it doesn’t sync on the dm so that I can provision it to a new earphone.I checked all time and date settings both on 3CX and on the dm controller and are all correct. Does anyone have a solution?

Are you running the latest 3cx supported firmware for the W80DM?

is the date/time correct on your PBX? Time zone all correct?

Hello again!
Yes all the steps of the guide were made except step 5 cause the provisioning link was already in the device. Moreover I have configured the correct time zone both on 3CX and on the dm controller. Also when I change the time locally on each earphone and after a while it provisions the wrong time and date. My earphones are w59r if it helps.
