Wrong number missed call

Hi,
When i have a missed call i can see the number in my screen 3162709..... when i press ok to call that number it do's not work because the number in the screen must be 062709..... or 003162709.....
How can i change that, i did try a lot of thinks but it is not working.

You will have to do one of two things...

Reformat the incoming caller ID, so that the number can be dialled as shown on the display.

or...create additional outbound rules that are able to handle the dialled number on your display.
